If you have the compliance and the repairs under control but need someone to help with handling the rent collection then we can offer you our rent collection service, we will take care of collecting the rent from your tenants and chase any late payments, all rents are received in to a secure client account with CMP (Client Money Protection) we are partnered with TLP (The Lettings Partnership) so as soon as the money is accounted for you will be paid the same day.

We offer a zero week agency contract while trying to help you secure a tenant as we don’t believe in tying you to us if things aren’t working and our fees don’t increase if you choose to go multi-agent.

All levels of service have an administrational cost of £180 Inc VAT which includes the setting up of ARLA tenancy agreement, deposit registration, tenancy compliance set up, remittance of the first month’s rent and tenancy deposit and Right to Rent checks where applicable.
